Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Some products cannot be returned (e.g., opened software, personalized items, hygiene-sensitive accessories like harmonica mouthpieces or reeds).

Refunds Process

  • Once we receive your return, we inspect it and notify you of approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost.

  • For size/style exchanges (e.g., guitar straps), shipping costs may apply.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale)

  • Downloadable digital music or sheet files

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
