• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.

Tracking

• Every order includes a tracking number once dispatched.

• Customers can track shipments directly on the courier’s website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may incur additional charges by customs in your country.

Delayed or Lost Packages

• While rare, shipping delays can occur.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged:

3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
